This fully automated semi-auto keg washer will efficiently wash two kegs simultaneously, enhancing productivity and streamlining your brewing operations. The SK2W series is designed for high-volume efficiency, processing 40–60 kegs per hour. The standard system utilizes two 52-gallon (200L) reservoirs—one heated for caustic and one for sanitizer—to ensure a thorough cleaning process.
For breweries requiring an even more robust workflow, a Three Tank configuration is available. A preprogrammed Siemens PLC 200 Smart controller executes every step of the cleaning, rinsing, and sanitizing process. All steps are easily configurable in the computer control unit. Built with UL-listed components and a durable stainless steel frame, this system offers professional-grade reliability.
