Upper Vessel

Handles mashing, lautering, cooking, and whirlpooling.

• Mash/Lauter Tun: Installed on top with a wedge-wired filter plate for 12% filtration area. Easy Cleaning: Removable filter plate and grain door for hassle-free cleaning and grain removal.
• Kettle/Whirlpool Tank: Features a circular electric heater, designed for preserving the standard whirlpool process.
• Fittings: Includes condense stack, liquid level indicators, rotatory CIP fittings, temperature gauges, heat exchange with aeration assembly, sight glass, sample ports, and PT-100 temp sensors
• Control: PID control panel with temperature readings and heating element control.

Lower Vessel

Designed for heating the sparging water and wort during lautering, whirlpooling, and cooking.

A bigger overflow in the lower vessel incl. a turntable pipe for the hop addition and a beer-hose-steam-condenser, offers the possibility to cook the wort in the lower vessel. This makes quick double batches possible since the second batch can already be mashed in the upper vessel while the first batch is cooked in the lower vessel.

Brewing one batch per day can comfortably be done by heating one vessel at a time. If enough power is available, both vessels can be heated at the same time. This offers the possibility of even quicker double-batch-brew days.
