Oxidation Layer Testing

Corrosion Test, Salt Solution

Spectrum Testing of Raw Materia

Pressure Test, Point of Failure

Keg Neck Angle Testing

45 Degree Drop Test

Neck Angle Retention Test

85 Degree Drop Test

Benefits

1. All raw materials are tested before use

2. Checked for imperfections after each step

3. Visual inspection of all kegs inside and out; prior to and after passivation

4. All kegs go through a 2 step passivation process to ensure Chromium Oxide layer is well above 65 NM

5. Every keg is pressure tested to 5 Bars or higher

6. Measurements are taken to ensure all kegs meets requirements

7. Follow strict 6 Sigma quality control protocols

8. Kegs are pulled from each batch to test for points of failure to ensure they meet our high quality standards

  • Stress fractures
  • Leak of kegs under normal operation pressure
What is not covered:
  • Normal wear and tear
